Dark chocolate

I eat dark chocolate everyday. Probably 2 ounces of dark chocolate a day. This, combined with my diet of whole wheat bread/crackers, cow’s cheese, bee pollen pellets, dried fruit, lentils, fruits and vegetables, is how I live. How do you live? Do you eat different things everyday?

I think most people would answer that they eat what is available to them and what their body wants…or are you fools even in touch with your bodies? You know…there’s distinction between the mind, the body, and the soul. The soul is the most fragile, yet the most crucial. The body is essential as you only get one!!! And it’s yours to care for and travel in for all your years. And of course, there is the mind. The mind is affected by countless variables. It can be damaged, enhanced, improved, enlightened, diminished, starved, used, dormant…dead.

Alas, when all three work in harmony, happiness is achieved. Listen to your soul! Feed your body, but for God’s sake exercise it too! Muscles are intended to move. And be good to your mind, do not fill it with useless crap, ie: don’t go to college expecting to be educated!!! Do it yourself!!!
